Hello, I’m Kim East, Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapist.

Sometimes, life knocks you off course and it can be hard to get back on track on your own.

As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I am trained to guide you to a safer, more comfortable place so that you can enjoy a better future.

Working face-to-face with clients in a therapy room in Amersham, or securely online via Zoom, I can offer flexible session times, including some evenings and weekends.

I’ll also offer you support between appointments, so you might be surprised how quickly you begin to see the changes you want.
